Secured the Byron Nelson and the NCAA Division II Football Championship, collectively producing nearly $55M in annual economic benefit to the region while showcasing our community to the world.

Built a new 175,000 square foot City Hall, catalyzing eastside development

Upgraded eastside water, sewer and storm sewer lines

Widened Virginia Parkway to 6 lanes

Expanded the Courts of McKinney indoor tennis facility

Renovated Old Settlers and Gabe Nesbitt Parks

Established an industry-leading Public Private Partnership with Plug and Play

Secured over Two Hundred Million dollars in County, State and Federal funding for McKinney Right-Of-Way and utility relocation obligations on the 380 Bypass and other infrastructure needs across our city that will now NOT be financed with city bonds, paid for by McKinney residents.
